The team learned how to conduct research efficiently and safely, how to draft reports and presentations with AI assistance, how to build AI-enabled templates and repeatable workflows, and how to apply these tools within the boundaries the business actually operates under. The emphasis throughout was practical and role-specific: not AI in the abstract, but AI for the exact work each person does every day.
